How to determine your current version:
Run the Photo Jockey program and then click on the HELP menu, and then click the ABOUT menu item. It will then display the version number. For example "2.6.0", or "2.61", or "3.01" You can then compare that number with the number at the top of this web page which shows the current version of Photo Jockey.


WINDOWS 7 USERS:

If you are using Windows 7, our installer program doesn't quite work yet. There is a work-around, until we get it fixed. What you can do is download the ZIP file below, instead of the EXE file. Then once you have the zip file, you can unzip it and copy the contents of the zip to whatever folder you want on your hard drive. At this point you can run the program by DOUBLE CLICKING on "PhotoJockey.Exe" in that folder. In order to create a SHORTCUT for you, you can RIGHT-CLICK on the photojockey.exe program file in the destination folder. Then pick "Create ShortCut". It will then make a shortcut file in that same folder. You can then DRAG that shortcut file to your DESKTOP or QUICKLAUNCH bar etc... That way you can now have easy quick access to Photo Jockey. That's pretty much all there is to it.

Installation SETUP file for the older Photo Jockey 3.03 <for old users that have lost their program>
DOWNLOAD the A1 - Photo Jockey 3.03 - PJsetup.EXE file.(about 4.5MB)
Install:
1. Install PJsetup.exe file:
    a)  Just download the PJsetup file and SAVE it to your desktop folder.
    b)  Double-Click on the PJSetup (on your desktop) to RUN IT
    c)  Follow the instructions from PJSETUP to install Photo Jockey
    d)  Delete the PJsetup file from your desktop after installation is completed
 

Download Problems:
When you click on the above link to download, your browser usually gives a couple of methods for downloading:

    1)  Open it  (or)  Open this file from its current location
    2)  Save to disk (or) Save this file to disk

ALWAYS choose method 2  ("Save this file to disk"). That's how you save the downloaded file. Don't choose method 1 because, before opening the file, it gets saved into some hidden temporary internet folder that most users can't get access to.
